Version 1.3.5 is the WebBrowser control, but only the address bar does not appear, or it would be a bug?

Thanks

It appears for me. Can you be more specific?

Only the address bar is displayed, the contents of the Web will not be displayed. Place the contents of the Web is to be displayed, nothing is displayed in black.

You did not include Webbrowser.xaml.
Include it and in your page/window add:
<Page.Resources>

    <ResourceDictionary>
        <ResourceDictionary.MergedDictionaries>
            <ResourceDictionary
                Source="WebBrowser.xaml" />
        </ResourceDictionary.MergedDictionaries>
    </ResourceDictionary>
</Page.Resources>

I don't think that should be necessary. I can reproduce the problem though. I think someone mentioned it already elsewhere too - the content only shows up once you tap on where it should show up. I'll try to fix it quickly.
