StorageFolder.ContainsFile performance issues

I found that using the exception approach was causing problems debugging and switched to list files instead, but I never tested the performance. Perhaps modifying the method to use the GetFilesAsync overload with the CommonFileQuery parameter instead of using LINQ could improve performance, but otherwise I would just add a non-default option to use the exception approach when you know what you are doing.
